Years after the disastrous Hurricane Katina hit New Orleans, people are still recovering. We put together a got volunteers,,got donations for from supplier of paint, shovels, rakes, gloves, solvents, saws and went to work, repairing, planting and beautifying homes that were in desperate need.
As a core objective, the Collective Society believes that you can’t call a place home unless you are willing to give back, help it flourish and promote goodwill.
Through committed relationships of our members. We have the opportunity to overcome the stunting effects of poverty. From lending a hand to neighbors to refresh their homes to mentoring youths, helping the elderly and creating shared spaces where neighbors can come together to social and train for jobs.
There is no greater felling than that of helping one another, especially those how have been hit hard.
